This website is operated by Animo Design (“Animo Design”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms by posting updates on the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our site or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including infringement of copyright laws.
3. Digital Products & Delivery
All items sold are digital crochet pattern PDFs. No physical goods will be shipped. After payment, your download link is provided on the order confirmation page and/or sent to your email.
Once a file is downloaded, the order is considered delivered.
We may set reasonable technical limits on downloads (e.g., link expiry, download attempt limits) to prevent fraud and abuse. If you experience any issue with your download, contact us at animo.design@outlook.com and we’ll help you access your file.
4. License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the PDF for personal use only.
You may not share, resell, distribute, publish, post, upload, or otherwise make the file available to others, whether for free or for payment.
If you intend to sell finished items made using our patterns at small scale (handmade): please contact us for permission at animo.design@outlook.com. Any commercial use beyond personal crafting requires prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights in our patterns remain the property of Animo Design.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & EU Withdrawal Right
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download has begun, subject to our Refund Policy.

- EU/EEA customers: By completing your purchase, you agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins (as permitted by EU consumer law with your prior consent and acknowledgment).
6. Pricing, Taxes & Currencies
Prices may change without notice. For customers in the EU/EEA, VAT is charged based on your country of residence where applicable. For customers outside the EU/EEA, local taxes or charges may apply according to your jurisdiction. All amounts will be shown at checkout where supported by Shopify.
7. Accuracy of Information
We aim to display accurate information but cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other site content are error-free, complete, or current at all times. We may correct errors and update information without prior notice.

All patterns, text, graphics, images, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Animo Design and are protected by applicable laws. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animo Design and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Service or any products.

These Terms are effective unless terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.
